About Us
Sheylynn Jones lives just north of Houston with her tiny toy poodle, Teddy. Writing since 2003, she has written numerous freelance web articles, a half-dozen short stories for national magazines, and had several novels, novellas and short stories published before her publisher closed their doors.

After taking a short writing hiatus to settle the dust after some major life changes, she was coaxed (bamboozled?) back into the writing game by her best friend and fellow author. Now under the watchful eye of Teddy the Wonder Poodle, Sheylynn is back writing the stories that she loves. She hopes that you love them too.
I am Writing For My Sanity (that's the title of my blog!)

I live in a constant state of chaos.​​ We recently moved from the Big City to the Nice, Calm, Rural Town and our menagerie has grown from the dog, cat, and 2 tortoises to include 7 chickens, several chicks, fish, a rabbit and a pot bellied pig named Annie Oinkly. I have 3 teenaged sons, 1 husband, and a brother-in-law (plus his dog) doing their utmost to keep me busy.

Writing romance and my chocolate addiction keep me sane. Okay. Sane-ish.​​
